Hi! My name is Elyse. 😃 Since 2017, I have been providing massage services in central Illinois. I’ve worked in both spa and chiropractic settings, focusing on both relaxation and pain management. After becoming pregnant with my first daughter in 2020, I had intended to take a maternity break and return shortly after… but then the pandemic happened. Skip forward to having a second daughter in 2022, and here we are today! I am so excited to be back to work & eager to help others to find relief, relaxation, and that necessary time for themselves to unwind. I want you to feel your best! The type of massage modalities I may use in each service will vary to benefit your current concerns. My services may include Swedish, myofascial release, deep tissue, assisted stretching, prenatal, trigger point, and cupping.
